How much does it cost?

FULL-YEAR MEMBERSHIP ($130): Best Value!
- Access to unlimited classes for all three terms (fall, winter, and spring) in both Sioux Falls and Brookings.
- Access to an unlimited number of OLLI Happenings for an entire year.

ONE-TERM-PLUS MEMBERSHIP ($50):
- Access to unlimited classes for one term (fall or winter or spring) in both Sioux Falls and Brookings.
- Access to an unlimited number of OLLI Happenings for an entire year.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATON:
- Membership fees do not cover books, materials/supplies, travel/transportation fees, or admission into fee- based events.

How often will classes be offered?

Classes will be offered 3 times per year: fall (Sept-Nov.), winter (Jan.-Feb.) and spring (Apr.-June).
Classes are offered 4-5 days per week at a variety of sites to make it easier and more convenient to attend!
Additional special events (called "Happenings") are offered throughout the year, and include a wide variety of activities: social events, speakers, field trips and more.

When will classes be offered?

Classes are offered several days per week, with the majority offered during the day.

Can I take a class without becoming a member?

Any non-member who wants to attend a single lecture or event can do so as OLLI's guest (at no charge) on a space available basis. (Naturally, priority is given to members.) Call 782-3209 or email info@olliuc.org for more information.

Where are classes held?

Many classes are held at University Center. Other locations include Avera Living Well Center, AARP, Trail Ridge Retirement Community, Our Savior's Lutheran Church, and Avera McKennan hospital.

What if I can't attend all the class sessions? Can I still register?

Yes, you can still register for classes even if you know you will not attend all sessions. We ask that if you are not able to attend at least half of the sessions of a regular class, please let us know as it will affect how many people can register for the class.

How many classes can I take?

Membership in OLLI entitles you to take as many classes and workshops as you want, as well as attend as many special events or other activities as you can fit into your schedule!

Can I come and teach for OLLI, or be a volunteer?

In the event I change my mind or am not able to attend classes, is the membership fee refundable?

OLLI's policy is that we do not refund membership fees. However, if you wish to transfer your membership to another person, you may call us and we will assist you.
